Bookings

A booking is confirmed once it is completed on this website and you receive a confirmation text or email. Prices are shown before you confirm. One price covers up to two pets living in the same home; each additional pet is charged per visit or night as shown at checkout.

Cancellations

Cancel 48 hours or more before the first visit for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, half is refunded. Holiday bookings are not refundable within 7 days of the first visit.

Your home and your pet

You agree to provide safe access to your home, accurate information about your pet, and any medication or supplies needed. If a pet becomes ill or injured, Brianna will contact you first and, if you cannot be reached, your listed emergency vet. Any vet costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.

Overnights at Brianna's home

Pets staying at Brianna's home must be house trained and comfortable around people. Please share anything she should know before the stay.
